We booked this hotel after having to cancel a hotel just up the road. The king room deluxe has incredible panoramic views, including views of the beach/sea. The room also included a jacuzzi bath which after 4 weeks without a bath was VERY needed. The rooftop pool was small, but very nice as no one else there- we also made use of the rooftop table area at night. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping me print/scan some documents which I needed for work. Bay at the front desk was extremely helpful and sorted out reduced price entry to Ba Na Hills Sunworld and a taxi to Hoi An. I was travelling with two friends who were on their honey moon and Bay organised a lovely cake and candles for them, as well as rose petal bed/bath at no extra cost. The service at this hotel was one of the best since travelling Vietnam and any issues were quickly dealt with. The man welcoming the front lobby is also very helpful and always greets you with a smile. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the beach and in and amongst a number of restaraunts and shops. Breakfast was also included which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever back in Da Nang.

few steps from beach, restaurants and small shops just around the corner, nice beach view, breakfast acceptable with few a la carte choices but menu should have some pictures of food so you know what you ordering, my banh mi wasnt what I expected (not a baguette, not a sandwich), soft matress, rooms had a clean feeling, with small surcharge they allowed us to checkin 6 hours earlier

Great hotel, close to the beach, and a surf break. We stayed in a fantastic room with a huge glass wall. Pefect for checking the surf! Our point of contact with the hotel, Bay, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also able to book activities for us. Thanks Bay and the Nhat Minh team.

The location 1 block away from the beach is perfect. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Much space in the room with a big panorama window with partly ocean view. Sadly the ocean view will completely disappear because of 1 raw's building and more constructions been planned.

All the staff are accommodating. They clean the room and replace the towels everyday. We inquired in the reception where we could throw the food waste which the housekeeping failed to dispose, but the staff was so nice, got the food waste from us and said she will just throw it for us.
